Fox Environmental Systems range of wastewater and contaminant diversion systems that prevents exposure to the heavy penalties that can be imposed for contamination of our waterways.
Our range includes include Washdown, First Flush, Spill Control, Constant Monitoring and Gross pollutant collection units. The Fox systems will prevent polluted run-off from large open areas entering the stormwater network.
WASHDOWN SYSTEMS
Fox Model DD400 Washdown System
A Fox DD400 Washdown System will ensure that contaminated wash water is eliminated from the stormwater system. This unit is suitable for applications where a simple washdown process is taking place but the generation of silt is limited. The system does not have the capability to handle silt; in applications where silt is present the Fox DD600 system should be installed.
Fox Model DD600 Washdown System
This unit is suitable for applications where it is possible to ensure the slab is left clean at the end of a washdown operation. If this cannot be assured then then the application may require a more sophisticated unit such as a Fox “FF600 First Flush Unit”.
STORMWATER DIVERSION SYSTEMS
Fox FF600 First Flush Unit
A fox FF600 will ensure that all contaminated run-off is eliminated from the stormwater system even if the area is left polluted at the end of an activity. This unit is suitable for applications where the operation taking place generates a polluted run-off that needs to be captured for treatment and the potential exists for the pollutant to remain after the operation ceases. The FF600 is not designed to detect contamination spills. For applications where a spill of contaminant can occur, the SCS600 or CMS600 systems should be installed.
